They call him Boogie Shoes because he always looks like he is about to boogie on down. Unfortunately, this tiny pup has a rare medical condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. This condition caused his brain not to develop fully.

His rescuers think he came from a puppy mill that was not properly caring for the animals. The poor pup was rescued just in time to receive all of the love and care he needed, so he could thrive.

Although poor Boogie has a hard time walking without wobbling and falling over, he is the sweetest little pup you could ever meet!
