David Friedman was in the right place at the right time to save a dog in a desperate situation! Friedman was getting ready for work when he saw a dog hanging from a power line near the I-70 exit in Independence, Missouri.

Friedman said the dog’s paws weren’t touching the ground, so he barely moved his head and tried to whip it left and right. So the man immediately called the authorities and used a knife to cut the rope to free the dog.

After the umbilical cord was cut, she noticed the dog was having trouble breathing, so he was immediately taken to KC Pet Project. After checking the dog’s microchip, they learned that his name was Max and that he had disappeared from his owner D. Fon, who was looking for him.

Vaughn was over the moon to learn that his 16-year-old dog had been found just 2 hours after reporting it. But unfortunately, when she finds out what happened to Max, she gets upset.

No one knows how Max’s accident happened, but Vaughn hopes the security cameras will show something interesting. She also said police told her to contact animal control for help. I hope they find the culprit. Watch the video below.
