With the help of compassionate neighbors, the cat was rescued from the well. Residents of Pelican Bay, Florida, heard the desperate cries of a trapped animal and decided they needed help.

Part of the road had to be dug up to get to the possibly frightened cat. They named the cat Mistletoe. He was adopted by one of the neighbors, who gathered the whole street before the holiday.
