The mother of a three month old deaf child was captured on camera when she first heard a lullaby.

Olivia Erwin, a Lebanese baby from Pennsylvania, was born on November 4th. A month later, he lost his hearing after failing two hearing exams.

The baby was born weighing just 4lbs 2oz with Cytomegalovirus, a common viral infection which is believed to be at the root of Olivia’s hearing loss.

However, on February 8, Olivia received her first hearing aid, which allowed her to hear for the first time.
