A few weeks ago, a YouTube video about an animal shelter tragedy broke many hearts.

The owner of the ferocious dog took the car to the shelter and then threw on a blanket for the cold night.

The video, posted on the Woodgreen Pets Charity’s YouTube channel, has now received more than 250,000 views and judging by its status, the incident has affected many animal lovers online.

After the owner’s cruelty, the dog wandered in front of the shelter for some time, and then the guards came to the rescue. They rescued and brought home a Staffordshire Bull Terrier – the volunteers later named the dog Nellie, and she quickly won their hearts with her actions.
