Victoria Juno, a one-year-old Labrador, was standing on her hind legs, enjoying the view of the street, when a pigeon entered, unashamed by a large dog.

Upon closer inspection, Victoria notices that the pigeon’s legs are in a terrible state and needs help to clean up the accumulated dirt on each leg.
